Cancellation Policy
⚓️ Cancellation will be permitted ONLY IF: The cruise ship DOES NOT port at any of the designated terminals on Roatán Island due to severe weather conditions or ship-related mechanical issues/imperfections. Key Notes: If the ship successfully docks at either the Mahogany Bay or Town Center (Coxen Hole) terminals, the cancellation policy will not apply, and the booking will be considered firm. Cancellations made for any other reason (e.g., a change of mind, illness, delays unrelated to docking, etc.) will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of the booking.
